Question for 6kW Immersion Heater (Added 8/09/14 )

Hi, I’m currently setting up a microbrewery. I require elements for heating up to 250 litres of liquid at a time. Would one 6kw element be suitable and does it come wired and ready to fit/use? Can you also tell me at what temperature the thermostat can be set up to as the liquid will need to remain at boiling point without cutting out.
